Payment Terms and Conditions: All invoices must be paid at time of service. New accounts (open for under 2 years) must pay cash or card. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, GooglePay, ApplePay, and Care Credit are all accepted. GooglePay and ApplePay can only be used up to $100. A 3% credit card fee will be added to invoice total. Any returned check will incur a $25 returned check fee and be subject to Illinois law.
